It is a special place where you can have real home made Italian food that comes with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

The pasta is made in house and we use only the best ingredients; first pressing & extra virgin olive oil from Umbria, hams, salames and cheeses from local Umbrian producers, and truffles when in season.

Vasco and Piero's Pavilion restaurant is committed to placing sustainability at the heart of what we do which is why we have joined the Sustainable Restaurant Association to assist us. We feel that for a business to be truly sustainable it is essential to consider the social and environmental aspects as well as the financial ones.

Sustainability is not just about the food that we source from the land and seas, it is about the impact we have on the planet, like the energy and water we use or the waste we produce. Underpinning all this are the communities of people we work with.
