After 7.45pm £46 for 3 courses

On arrival:
A glass of Rossini(prosecco with fresh strwberries) with Umbrian style tiny vegetable panzanella

Starters:
Salad of asparagus,oven roasted vine tomatoes,bufala mozzarella,basil,mixed leaves & parmesan
or
Carpaccio of tuna with avocado,red onions,mixed leaves & ginger dressing
or
Roast Umbrian style ham,rucola,radicchio,lemon,olive oil & pecorino
or
Hand made lobster tortelloni with with zucchini & lobster sauce

MAIN COURSES:

Hand made wild mushroom tortelloni with Black truffle sauce (truffles from Norcia)
or
Grilled filet of cod with fresh herbs,farro from Umbria,French beans,zucchini,tiny potatoes & basil pesto
or
Roast best end of lamb,rosmary,garlic,French beans & potatoes
or
Porchetta:roast Umbrian style loin of pork with wild fennel seeds,cannellini beans & peperonata
