Salad of roast yellow & red peppers with goats cheese & pine nuts

Roast Umbrian style ham,rucola,radicchio,lemon,olive oil & pecorino

Carpaccio of tuna,avocado,red onions & ginger dressing

Hand made tagliatelle with a light tomato & basil sauce with salted ricotta

Hand made guineafowl tortelloni with rosemary

MAIN COURSES:
Hand made aubergine tortelloni with zucchini & spicey tomato sauce

Sauteed strips of filet of wild seabass with aubergine,potatoes & spinach
