1 BURRATA FROM PUGLIA,AVOCADO,CHERRY TOMATOES,RUCOLA & BALSAMIC DRESSING
1-Place a little rucola in the centre of the plate,sprinkle a little dressing on top
2-Take burrata out of the container and pace over the rucola (note burrata has to be out of the fridge 20minutes before serving
3-Peel avocado and slice it and place on one side of the burrata,sprinkle dressing over
4-Place the dressed cherry tomatoes the opposite side
note you may prefer dicing avocado for speed.
